Land and Property Auction 15 March 2023

15 March saw us hold our most recent Auction, which achieved a 100% success rate.

The sale took place at our Auction Rooms on Roydon Road in Diss, Norfolk IP22 4LN.

This was a live auction. Bidding was in person by those attending, remotely via a proxy bid, telephone bid or live internet bid through our partners EIG Property Auctions. For live internet bidding you needed to register in advance with EIG on Live Bidding. 

Proxy or telephone bid were registered via EIG or through TW Gaze directly by completing and returning the attached form to us. 

All legal documents were available for inspection at the appropriate solicitors’ offices and the agents’ offices.  Legal packs were also available via EIG:
