Full-time Porter and Store Assistant
Required to join the Diss Auction Rooms team, principally to help prepare auctions, but also to assist in the stores.
We are looking for someone who takes instruction well and enjoys physical work plus interaction with the public. The role requires independent motivation within a team environment and personal focus to meet strict deadlines. High standards of customer service are essential. Lifting, carrying, and packing skills, plus photography and computer inputting abilities are ultimately needed, but these will be enhanced within the position.

Job Responsibilities:
• Booking and carrying out market valuations for the Wymondham office.
• Increase market share within Wymondham and surrounding areas.
• Ensure photography and brochures represent properties to an exceptional standard.
• Carry out Video tours and ideally be proficient in editing apps (not essential).
• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them throughout the sales process with effective advice and marketing strategies.
• Pro active involvement with ideas and implementing ways to obtain greater market share for the Wymondham office.
• Providing ideas for promotions and involvement within the local community
• Develop and maintain relationships with local solicitors
• Manage the sales team, monitoring targets, staff morale
• Help develop colleague sales skills (preferred, not essential)
Requirements:
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Achieve sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge of the local property market in Wymondham and surrounding areas.
• Proficiency in using computers, relevant software and CRM systems (Loop agency software).
• A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Working hours:
Wymondham office: Monday - Friday: 9.00am – 5.30pm.
(Occasional Saturday cover may be required).

Enthusiastic and well-motivated individual is required to join this busy practice from a two office base in Norfolk. The suitable candidate will be based at our Diss office but will work from our Wymondham office when required. Practical experience preferred and full training for APC/CAAV examinations will be offered.
