Kate Horan is Sales Manager and Senior Valuer based at the Diss office, having been an integral member of the Residential sales team since 2005. With extensive experience involving sales and property valuations and excellent knowledge of period properties and land transactions. Kate has built a solid reputation for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving outstanding results for all her clients.

As Sales Manager, Kate leads and motivates the sales team, fostering a positive and proactive environment that ensures clients receive the highest levels of service. Her hands-on approach, combined with her wealth of industry experience, helps drive the team to consistently achieve excellent results while maintaining a strong focus on client care.

Growing up on the Norfolk and Suffolk borders has given Kate an in-depth understanding of the local property market, enabling her to showcase the unique qualities every home has to offer. She has a particular passion for period and character properties, appreciating their history, architectural features and individual appeal. Her expertise also extends to land sales, where she provides knowledgeable advice and guidance to landowners and purchasers alike.

Outside of work, Kate enjoys socialising and spending time with her partner, family and friends.
