The Street, Easton
The site at Easton, Suffolk was a 3.25 acres site where we entered into an Option Agreement with a developer in 2013. The site was initially refused planning permission but obtained planning approval on appeal. We then successfully negotiated the sale to the developers as they exercised their option. The site gained planning permission for 10 open market dwellings and 4 affordable dwellings and was sold for market value.
