This was a 33 acre site where we acted for the landowners. We entered into a Promotion Agreement in 2010 for the entire block of land which at the time was subject to tenancy. The promoters obtained outline planning permission for 180 homes on the land. We obtained vacant possession over the land. The site was sold to a developer in late 2013 for the sum of £7.4 million.
