James joined TW Gaze in 1994 and during his many years as manager of Saleroom 3 he developed a keen interest in 20th Century Decorative Arts, especially Post War design and Studio Ceramics. He is now a nationally respected valuer of Modern Design holding three sales a year.
He also curates the Gallery sale which includes fine art paintings, prints and sculpture from the 17th Century to Contemporary works and has held specialist sales of Affordable Art and ‘Women In Art’.
