Auction Rooms Information
At time of writing we are concluding our very successful Architectural Salvage auction, the latest in the series of sales we have been able to offer throughout the year. For every event we have offered we have, without fail, been humbled by the unflinching support of our vendors and our buyers, and would like to offer our sincerest thanks to every one of you.
Our intention is to maintain a satisfying auction and valuation service for current and prospective customers, and to create positive experiences by whatever means you engage with us, despite difficult conditions. We must continue to abide by the government’s guidelines and importantly, keep staff and clients safe. In light of the lockdown in England which will run throughout November, we have some important information to impart.
All business activity at Diss Auction Rooms will cease until Monday 23 November. Contact during this time can be made via email auctions@twgaze.co.uk.
From Tuesday 24 November until Wednesday 2 December, we shall be hosting a series of pre-prepared online only auctions, as per our current calendar published on our website. All interaction with clients will be by remote methods, including live online bidding via thesaleroom.com. Telephone lines will be manned during this time, but until current restrictions are lifted, the site will remain closed to the public, any access managed strictly by appointment.
Valuations, either at the Auction Rooms or via off-site visits, will not be possible until after restrictions have been lifted, but will resume as soon as possible; however, valuation enquiries can be submitted via email.
