  • Deposit Protection: All deposits we hold are registered under the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) to safeguard tenants and landlords.
  • Insurance & Tax: We recommend landlords maintain adequate buildings and contents insurance, and consider tax obligations on rental income—our team can provide guidance and documentation for your accountant.
  • Communication: We provide honest feedback and regular updates, ensuring you remain informed without the day-to-day hassle.
  • Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES): Rental properties must hold an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of at least E, unless a valid exemption applies. We can guide you through any improvements or exemptions required.
  • Right to Rent Checks: In line with current Home Office regulations, we carry out the legally required Right to Rent checks on all prospective tenants to ensure full compliance.
