The past year has seen our sale calendar bend and weave to adapt to the prevailing conditions, one thing we have seen throughout however is that the desire people have to source and add to their collections remains strong. Music has been a genuine source of healing for many throughout these trying times, and the extra time afforded to many has meant an opportunity to fill those gaps in collections and discover entirely new artists and genres.
It is with this in mind that we are proud to present our Vinyl Records & Music Memorabilia auction. The sale features around 170 lots comprising individual LPs and singles, larger collections, music ephemera including fanzines and vintage music papers, books and artwork. The majority of the sale has come from private collections and features good examples of records by artists such as Kraftwerk, The Cosmic Jokers, Big Star, Joni Mitchell, David Bowie, 13th Floor Elevators, The Velvet Underground, The Clash, Queen, Terry Reid, Frank Zappa, The Beatles, Funkadelic, Bob Dylan, various Delta Blues artists, Jimi Hendrix, Black Sabbath and many more. From Punk to Disco, Krautrock to Classical, Jazz to Indie, Heavy Metal to Reggae the wide range of genres covered in the sale mean that there really should be something for everyone.
