Farm & Environment Advisor
After graduating from Harper Adams with a 2.1 degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management in 2011 Charlie returned home to the family farm working alongside his father on their mixed arable, sheep, suckler beef unit. Here, as well as working on other farms, Charlie has gained invaluable practical experience of crops, machinery and operations as well as different livestock systems, which helps him better understand his client’s businesses and needs when providing advice. Charlie has previously worked as a resident land agent on a large estate in Lancashire and now supports the Rural Business team in providing a range of advice to clients whilst he studies towards his RICS and CAAV qualifications.
Charlie keeps his own flock of pedigree Jacob sheep and enjoys all country pursuits, especially game shooting.
