Location The property is situated off Waterheath Road in a quiet rural area 1 mile north of the village of Aldeby and 4.5 miles north of the market town of Beccles, where day-to-day amenities and schooling can be found as well as a rail link to London via Ipswich. Services Mains water and electricity are connected to the property (buildings and mobile home). Private drainage via a septic tank. There are LPG tanks on site under a licence that the purchaser may wish to take on to provide heating to the buildings.
