Directions On the Ipswich to Norwich A140 road driving north, turn right onto the B1118. Follow this road through Lower Oakley and remain on the B1118 through Hoxne. After leaving Hoxne village, turn left on the bend signposted to Syleham and after approximately 100 metres turn left onto Capons Lane. Continue down this lane, which leads onto the private drive to the farm house and the plot entrance will be on the right hand side.
