The property This charming cottage was originally converted from a barn and workshop in the 1980s and has subsequently been updated and improved by the present owners who have enhanced and revealed much of the original character. There is revealed timber work to a number of the ceilings, exposed brickwork and pamment floors to part. The windows are very much in keeping with the original style and there are period pine doors. Within the living room is a red brick arched fireplace with pamment hearth and the spacious kitchen has been fitted out with handbuilt pine units with space and plumbing for a washing machine and dishwasher. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with a main one having an ensuite shower room comprising a tiled shower cubicle, low-level WC and pedestal wash basin.

Outside Keeley's yard is privately owned by the property is set within it. The yard itself is gravelled and this leads round the side of number 4 where there is parking space for at least two cars. Additional parking space could easily be created within the garden. The garden is L-shaped and measure some 78 feet long by 51 feet wide at best narrowing to 28 feet for part of the area. It is principally laid to grass with some trees and a timber garden shed. Despite being in the centre of town the garden to this property is quite private.
