The Property This wonderful building of great historic metric is introduced to the market for the first time in decades. This much-loved farmhouse has been well maintained over the years but is now ready for updating and modernising. Internally the exposed character features have been sympathetically cared for. The inglenook fireplaces, exposed brickwork and beamed reception rooms are everything you would hope to see from this thatched Grade II listed Norfolk country home.
The accommodation itself is spacious and features three reception rooms, a kitchen and cloaks room on the ground floor. One of the original outbuildings connected to the building has been cleverly incorporated to be accessed off the kitchen to make for a large utility room. The rear reception room was a later addition. This light and comfortable space captures the views over the fields and garden beyond beautifully. There is an original staircase and another in the modern addition providing access to ether side of the first floor. The l-shaped hallway gives access to four bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom being the jewel in the crown with exposed brickwork and storage cupboards.
