Some similar fine or coarse loamy over clayey soils. Some deep well drained coarse loamy over clayey, fine loamy and sandy soils. Newport 4 are deep well drained sandy soils. Some very acid soils with bleached subsurface horizon especially under heath or in woodland. Risk of wind erosion. Beccles 1 are slowly permeable seasonally waterlogged fine loamy over clayey soils, associated with similar clayey soils.
